This page explains how to request deletion of your GhostRun GT account and associated data.
How to delete your account and data
GhostRun GT includes an in-app option to delete your account and all associated user data.
- Open the GhostRun GT app
- Go to Settings
- Select Delete all data
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
- Uninstall the app
What data is deleted
When you use Delete all data, GhostRun GT deletes (or marks for deletion) the following:
- Your user account and identifiers held by GhostRun GT
- Your vehicles/cars and related metadata
- Your run records and associated performance data
- Your uploaded photos and run videos
Retention period
After you request deletion, data may persist temporarily in backups, caches, or replicated systems while it propagates through the platform. Any remaining copies are scheduled to be removed within 90 days.
What data may be kept
GhostRun GT may retain limited technical records (for example, server logs) for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability. These records cannot be used to rebuild your deleted account data.
